- Job Title: MEP Project Manager
- Job Location: Chanhassen, MN
- Job Salary: $90K to $150K
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee projects from beginning to end and ensure that all aspects of projects are accounted for.
- Actively search for ways to reduce costs and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Manage project change orders.
- Estimate projects as is needed.
- Order equipment and materials as is needed.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering desired, but not necessary
- 5 years of experience working in HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, piping, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- OSHA 10 certification
- Active PE license
