JOB TITLE: Merchandise Planner
LOCATION: Anaheim, CA - HYBRID: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH (9am-6pm PST)
SALARY: 65k-75k DOE
REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 yrs merchandise planning for an apparel / retail company ($50M-$200M ARR)
We're looking for an experienced Merchandise Planner who will expertly assist our Sr. Merchandise Planner in managing the buying and planning of our two eCommerce apparel lines. This individual will need to have a strong understanding of Retail Math and Excel.

Position Overview: The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of planning and buying products for our eCommerce apparel site. This includes developing and executing strategies for maximizing sales and profits, overseeing the replenishment of products, anticipating customer needs and market trends, monitoring inventory levels, and managing product life cycles. The incumbent will also work closely with the retail marketing and sales teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Must Have Skills

• 1-2 yrs of merchandise planning experience in the retail / apparel space (with companies at $50m-$200m ARR)
• Experienced in retail math (sell-through, WOS, gross margin, inventory turn, etc.)
• Intermediate Excel

Nice To Have Skills

• Amazon experience - Seller Central knowledge
