Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain overall project timeline, budget, and quality goals.
- Lead the selection process for architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Manage all aspects of pre-development, including zoning, entitlements, permits, and financing.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure project goals are being met.
- Manage project close-out process and ensure all applicable certifications, reports, and warranties are issued.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily project management.
- Experience with podium construction projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
