What You Will Be Doing
As a Multifamily Superintendent, you will be responsible for designing and constructing apartment buildings up to four stories. You will also be in charge of supervising and maintaining the buildings, and must be able to handle any issues that arise.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years of Experience with being a Superintendent and having Multifamily/Senior Living facilities experienceWhat's In It for You
You can expect to be paid a salary of between $100k - 140k annually. In addition, you will be eligible for a 401k match, health, medical, and dental insurance, and either a vehicle allowance or a company vehicle!
