Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of onsite projects, including scheduling, budget, and personnel
- Manage and oversee all precast concrete activities
- Dispatch personnel and materials as necessary
- Generate project reports for upper management
- Monitor performance and ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Provide training and guidance to all personnel as required
- Create and maintain procedures for the project
- Manage the timecards of personnel assigned to the project
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and up to date
- Understanding of scheduling, construction, precast concrete, and dispatching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret prints
- Ability to manage personnel and ensure safety protocols are met
