CyberCoders is Hiring an Operations and Fleet Manager Near Clinton, MD
Position Overview: The Operations and Fleet Manager will manage and oversee the organizations fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities related to fleet operations, fleet maintenance, route planning, vehicle tracking, vehicle performance testing, and DOT compliance. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the organizations fleet operations
Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Plan and coordinate routes and schedule vehicle maintenance as needed
Track vehicle performance, location, and utilization
Perform vehicle performance testing and keep records of vehicle maintenance
Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and compliance
Provide reports to senior management as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
3 years of experience in operations management, fleet management, or related field
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, fleet maintenance, and DOT regulations
Proficiency in route planning, vehicle tracking, and vehicle performance testing
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
