We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operations and management of our construction, commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies and plans, ensuring projects are executed within budget, timelines, and quality standards. This position requires strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure projects are executed effectively and with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies and plans to ensure projects are executed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide operational and technical guidance to the team and other stakeholders.
• Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project progress to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in operations management within a construction, commercial, residential or multi-family setting.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
