Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the organization
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with other department managers to develop and maintain cross-functional processes and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts to obtain the best value for the company
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Create reports and presentations to present to senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance
