Position Overview: The Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, including but not limited to concrete, masonry, structural steel, tilt-wall, and tilt-up construction for our Palmetto office. You will be accountable for ensuring that all project objectives and timelines are met, as well as identifying risks and taking corrective action as needed. The Lead Project Manager will also be responsible for working with external stakeholders, such as subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations for our Palmetto office.
• Ensure all project objectives and timelines are met.
• Identify risks within projects and take corrective action as needed.
• Provide estimation work as needed.
• Work with external stakeholders such as subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage budget and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Experience in leading projects in concrete, masonry, structural steel, and tilt-wall and tilt-up construction.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.
