The Paralegal- Personal Injury will provide legal support to attorneys throughout the pre-litigation and litigation stages of personal injury cases. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to conducting legal research, preparation of court documents, assisting with discovery, and other tasks deemed necessary by attorneys.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Perform administrative functions such as tracking deadlines, scheduling hearings, and filing documents with court
• Obtain and analyze documents to support legal proceedings
• Assist attorneys with fact finding and consultation
• Participate in client communication, including negotiations and mediations
• Manage and organize case files

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in paralegal studies preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in Personal Injury or PI
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
