CyberCoders is Hiring a Remote Personal Lines Account Manager - Remote
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service by phone, email and other communication channels
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies
- Knowledgably process policy changes, renewals, claims, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
- Answer client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, claims procedures, and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims adjusters, to resolve client issues and provide timely updates to policyholders
- Troubleshoot client and policy issues
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty license
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
- Experience with personal Home & Auto lines of business
- Experience working with multiple carriers is a plus
