Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and services to clients, review and assess cases, and manage client files.
- Gather evidence, review documents, and investigate cases.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, including out of court settlements.
- Draft legal documents, prepare court filings, and represent clients at court hearings and trials.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Keep up to date on legal developments, rules, and regulations.
- Research and analyze legal issues and documents.
- Maintain client confidentiality and data privacy.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the WA state bar.
- At least two years of experience in personal injury law.
- Pre litigation AND litigation experience preferred.
