CyberCoders is Hiring a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Near Kent, WA

Position Overview: The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to personal injury cases. They will provide consultation services to clients, assess cases, gather evidence, negotiate settlements, and file court documents. The attorney will also attend court hearings and trials, and represent their clients in legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and services to clients, review and assess cases, and manage client files.
  • Gather evidence, review documents, and investigate cases.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, including out of court settlements.
  • Draft legal documents, prepare court filings, and represent clients at court hearings and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Keep up to date on legal developments, rules, and regulations.
  • Research and analyze legal issues and documents.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and data privacy.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the WA state bar.
  • At least two years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Pre litigation AND litigation experience preferred.
