Salary: $140,000- $160,000
Plant Size: 120-150 team members

Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily activities in the plant and overseeing various components such as production functions, plant organization, manufacturing operations, heat treating, packaging, maintenance, and tooling departments
- Be engaged with hiring, training, and development of the team member and ultimately the success of the plant
- P&L responsibilities
- Ensure we maintain a save working environment
- Ensure we meet our production efficiencies on production lines
- Review inventory reports
- Ensure quality specifications are met for all products
- Champion Lean and Continuous improvement initiatives to improve department processes and increase productivity metrics
- This is not a "turn key" role. We are looking for someone who can help us establish and maintain efficient systems and processes
- You should have a proven production/ ops management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Industry experience with fasteners (nuts, screws, bolts, rivets, washers, etc.) and/or heat treating or cold forming experience
- Strong P&L experience
- Experience with strong knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 6s (Lean Deployment - Bonus)
- A strong focus on safety standards and safety improvements
- A focus around team development / continuous improvement / establishing a strong culture within the plant
