Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all project-related activities, including schedules, staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and other related documents.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, including objectives, tasks, resources, schedules, and milestones.
- Develop and implement project change orders and monitors their status.
- Resolve project-related conflicts, communications, and scheduling issues.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during the project.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in project coordinating, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction, drywall, painting, and remediation.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experienced working with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
