We are searching for a Project Coordinator to join our construction team. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing residential and commercial construction projects from initial concept to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior and exterior construction, kitchen and bath planning, and a demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively.

• Position Overview: The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the smooth operations of a construction project. This includes developing the initial concept, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting any issues.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan construction projects, including budget, materials, and timeline.
• Communicate with subcontractors and architects to coordinate activities, review plans, and ensure quality control.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
• Ensure the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of construction projects.
• Qualifications:
• Experience in interior and exterior construction.
• Experience in kitchen and bath planning.
• Ability to collaborate and work proactively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
