Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device production and manufacturing, along with extensive experience in project management and engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from planning to execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and grow within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
Mentor and train team members on project management best practices
Manage project budget and resources effectively to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new technologies into project planning and execution
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or project engineering
Strong project management skills with experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Experience conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans
Ability to mentor and train team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of materials and resource planning
