What You Will Be Doing
- Generate and manage submittals through Procore, pulling together packages from subcontractors and keeping track of them in the procurement log.
- Check submittals against plans and specs, coordinate with the field team for real-world applicability, and make sure all responses get where they need to go.
- Develop and maintain the Project Milestone Schedule, ensuring every team member knows key dates and deadlines.
- Comfortable navigating through MS Office and construction management software (Procore), with a preference for scheduling wizards in P6.
- Manage the closeout process efficiently, ensuring a clean and satisfactory project handover.
- 1 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience in project management
