Job Description: Project ExecutivePosition Overview: The Project Executive will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes and procedures, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.

- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related communications
- Conduct pre-construction assessments, including margin analysis and cost estimates, to determine project feasibility
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and procurement, to ensure project objectives are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and implement them in project management processes
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project executive in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and procedures, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in margin analysis, pre-construction assessments, and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
