Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our capital projects department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with experience in retrofitting, commercial, and engineering projects. Knowledge of BIM, hospital construction, and working with OSHPD regulations is preferred. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all capital projects, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of capital projects, from conception to completion
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and standards
• Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders and upper management
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements in processes or procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the capital projects sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Experience with retrofitting, commercial, and engineering projects
• Familiarity with BIM technology
• Experience working with hospital construction and OSHPD regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software

Nice to Have Skills: Experience with stadium construction and management is a plus.
