Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, goals, and objectives while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate and supervise project staff including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Perform on-site visits to assess progress and evaluate safety standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Negotiate contracts and oversee contract administration
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management
- Communicate with stakeholders on project progress, changes, and issues
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain safety regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, and/or civil construction
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to job sites, as needed
