What You Will Be Doing

• Project planning & overall organization
• Conduct & coordinate project meetings
• Construct project schedule & project milestones
• Manage staff & operate construction site
• Ensure delivery of project supplies & project stays on time
• Manage closeout process
• Manage project budget

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelors degree in Construction is preferred
• Experience & background building Commercial/Healthcare type projects
