Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop project plans, set deadlines, and track progress
- Communicate with the project team on progress, issues, and delays
- Manage workflows, budgets, and resources
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction and project management
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Nice to have: healthcare, office buildings, clinics, and hospital experience
