We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience at a drywall contractor to join our team. The Project Manager will serve as a leader and problem solver to execute projects to completion in a timely and cost effective manner.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and managing the overall plan/schedule of the project, coordinating the teams tasks, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing effective communication to the project team and other stakeholders, monitoring progress against goals, and problem solving any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project plan, timeline, and budget
• Lead and manage the project team, monitor progress, and report on key metrics
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders
• Work with the team to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions
• Ensure projects are compliant with all safety standards

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience at a drywall contractor or self performing drywall division within a General Contractor
• Experience with OST and Quickbid a plus
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
