Position Overview: This position will provide project management services for healthcare projects, including AHCA compliance and commercial and healthcare renovations. Key Responsibilities
Provide project management services for healthcare projects, including AHCA compliance and commercial and healthcare renovations.
Develop project plans and timelines, as well as ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and consistently meet quality standards.
Manage contractors, vendors, and other resources to ensure that projects are completed as efficiently as possible.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify and address potential risks, issues, and challenges.
Ensure that projects are completed with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Track project costs and budget.
Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Must have: AHCA experience.
Nice to have: Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Renovations, Commercial Renovations, and Healthcare Renovations knowledge.
Proven experience in project management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of project management software and techniques.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
PMP/PMI certification a plus.
