ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation.
Requirements
- 4 years experience
- Bachelors Construction Management
- Ability to read plans, specifications, related documents
- Procore, MS-Office Suite
- Salary Range $105K to $135K
