We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in luxury home building, custom homes, estates, and construction. This position is responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction of residential projects from start to finish. The successful candidate must have a detail-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, and construction of a variety of residential projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning, design, and construction of residential projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain project plans.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the project meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and manage changes to the project timeline.
• Communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the luxury home building, custom home, and estates sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
