An industry leading company is looking to add a new Project Manager to their stable and growing team. The new PM will manage Commercial Plumbing Projects in the Norfolk and surrounding regions. The company has been around for over 30 years, continues to grow, and has become one of the top contractors in the area.
What You Will Be Doing
- Project Manager of Commercial Mechanical and Plumbing Projects
- Oversee small and large projects up to the 8-10MM range
- Take care of all RFI's, Contracts, Submittals, projects details, etc.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of
- Commercial Plumbing Mechanical Project Manager work
- Knowledge of Large scale Projects in the space
- Experience in a similar role that would translate over
- Competitive Compensation (80-120k)
