Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on-time and within budget, in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate activities of internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
- Monitor and adjust project plans, budgets and timelines as needed.
- Identify, assess and resolve project risks and issues.
- Manage change requests and scope creep.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, Commercial, Data Center, Office, Project Management, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
