The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sitework for either commercial and/or residential construction projects.

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of sitework projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and other project team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor and track project progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of sitework, including earthwork, utilities, and land clearing.
- Experience with commercial and/or residential development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
