As a Project Manager, you'll be a driving force behind our diverse substation construction, overseeing both remodels and ground up projects. You will spearhead construction scheduling, respond to RFIs, prepare lookaheads, review project costs, perform takeoffs, and more, all in adherence with our high quality standards. What You Will Be Doing
Prepare project schedules and lookaheads including labor, equipment, materials, etc.
Submit RFIs, respond to change orders, review estimates, and prepare quantity takeoffs
Coordinate meetings and review progress with clients
Report job costs versus budget and report regularly to management
Review blueprints as well as other project documents and compare them for accuracy
Additional duties as assigned
What You Need For This Position
3 years experience in electrical construction project management
Substation and/or transmission line experience is required
Knowledge of NEC codes
Proficient in blueprint reading
Experience with Accubid and Primavera
Ability to perform take offs and create estimates for labor and materials
