Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our underground utility construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, specifically in the field of underground utilities such as sewer, storm water, and waterlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and inspectors, to ensure that the project meets all specifications and requirements
- Oversee the construction of underground utilities such as sanitary sewer, fireline system, force mains, lift stations, storm water, and waterlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies throughout the project
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in underground utility construction
- Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Experience with commercial and/or municipal projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of storm concrete, irrigation, and fireline systems is a plus
