Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and quality plans
- Establish and maintain project document control and document management systems
- Manage project team members and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Maintain communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and control project costs, performance, and deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks
- Prepare and present project status reports and other project documentation
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Identify and resolve project conflicts
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 5 years of project management experience in fields including Education, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Housing, Retail, Manufacturing, Medical, Corporate office, Interiors, Construction, Commerical, or Ground Up
- Advanced knowledge of project management processes, including project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention toBenefits
