Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful management of projects from inception through completion. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Waterproofing, Coating/Finishing, and Roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce project costs and maximize project profits.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee all stages of project completion.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Review project progress and provide detailed reports to executives.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for projects.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are met on the job site.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Waterproofing, Coating/Finishing, and Roofing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
