Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restoration, painting, and waterproofing projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all work is completed according to high-quality standards and within safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members
- Identify and resolve any project-related problems or conflicts
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in restoration, painting, or waterproofing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
