Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budget, and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide proactive solutions for any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Provide estimates of the project costs and timeline.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met.
- Prepare project reports and present them to senior management.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in construction and estimating.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project).
