Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent
Job Location: Greater Buffalo, NY (Projects around Cheektowaga/Eggertsville area)
Salary Range: $80K - $110K
Requirements
What You Will Be DoingThe Construction Project Superintendent will manage the labor construction of projects, approximately $10M , and predominantly multi-family and mixed-use. This includes managing subcontractors, ensuring milestones are met on a timely basis, maintaining documentation for all job-related activities, and communicating progress to project managers and clients. Our projects are in the West Buffalo and surrounding areas so all travel is local.
