Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple properties.
- Prepare and review monthly cash flow statements for all properties.
- Reconcile bank statements and provide analysis of variances.
- Review and post journal entries in RealPage and GL.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial information to ensure accurate compliance with GAAP.
- Manage the reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts.
- Assist with the internal and external audit process.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 2 years' experience in property accounting in the multi-family housing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with RealPage is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
