What You Will Be Doing

• This role is instrumental in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget by managing all aspects of purchasing and procurement
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing analysis, database management, Excel, pricing analysis for GMP's, project database management, data analysis, reporting, bidding and negotiation, and setting up automation for design studios
• Manage and execute all aspects of purchasing activities in support of construction projects, from initial bidding to final payment
• Perform detailed pricing analysis for GMP's to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money
• Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for stakeholders
• Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting to provide insights on purchasing trends, cost savings opportunities, and areas of potential risk
