QC ManagerPosition Overview: The Quality Control Manager (QC Manager) is responsible for ensuring quality control requirements and standards are met throughout the construction process. The QC Manager will provide expertise in quality control management and will ensure that all aspects of quality control are met throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality control operations in accordance with agreed standards, regulations, codes and client requirements
- Ensure that documents relating to quality control, such as inspection reports, tests and certificates, are accurate and up to date
- Develop and improve the quality control system to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Organize and document quality control tests and inspections
- Identify and resolve quality control issues
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
- Prepare regular reports on quality control activities and submit to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all personnel involved in quality control are properly trained and qualified
- Maintain records of all quality control activities
- Active CQM through the Corps of Engineers
- VA Hospital experience
- Experience on federal construction projects for USACE, VA, or similar
- Demonstrated experience in quality control in the construction industry
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive Salary 90-110K depending on experience
