Position: Quality Technician - Day Shift
Position Overview: The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products during the production process. This individual will work on the day shift and will be responsible for performing various quality checks and tests to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks and tests on products, ingredients, and equipment
• Record and analyze data to identify any potential issues or trends
• Identify and report any non-conforming products or processes
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and update quality control documentation and records
• Participate in HACCP and SQF audits
• Assist in training new employees on quality procedures and protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and processes
• Knowledge of HACCP and SQF regulations and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on the day shift and potentially weekends as needed
