You will be in charge of all aspects of our clients real estate transactions, provide quality legal advice, advocate for our clients, and ensure all legal requirements are met throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
- Research, review, analyze, and interpret real estate laws to ensure transactions are compliant with applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other related agreements.
- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence to assess any potential risks or liabilities
- Advise clients on zoning and title issues, as well as other potential obstacles.
- Represent clients in acquisition, disposition, and lease negotiations.
- Handle litigation matters
- Advise clients on dispute resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry and current legal trends.
- Juris Doctor
- Admission to a state Bar in good standing NY, NJ, or PA
- 5 years of experience practicing Real Estate Law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, purchase agreements, zoning, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Portable book of business is preferred
- Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000.00 - $250,000.00(based on experience, portables, location ect.)
