What You Will Be Doing

• Architecture and Design
• Develop/maintain DevOps architectural best practices
• Configure and improve Kubernetes add-ons to extend platform capabilities, securely integrate with external systems.
• Design and implement secure, automated, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Security Integration
• Enforce RBAC, network policies, guardrails for cluster security in multi-tenant environment
• Lead integration of security practices into DevOps process (code scanning, vulnerability assessments, security testing)
• Collaborate with security teams, implement and enforce security controls through development lifecycle
• Toolchain Management
• Evaluate, select, implement DevSecOps tools that align with organizational goals
• Improve existing toolchains for improved efficiency and security
• Automation and Orchestration
• Implement automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment
• Develop/maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor and Performance Optimization
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems for security and performance metrics.
• Increase infrastructure and applications for improved efficiency and reliability.
• Collaboration and Training
• Work with development, operations, security teams to foster culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevSecOps best practices.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 6 years in DevOps, security, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design/ implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Scripting languages- Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc
• Containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
