Job Title: Tax Senior/Senior Tax Accountant

Salary: $90k-120k Full Benefits Remote flexibility (Anywhere in US)
Requirements: CPA At least 5 years of Tax Exp. (S Corp, HNWI, Partnerships)

With 3 offices in San Antonio and Houston we have a strong Tax, Accounting and Audit Practice servicing our clients for over 50 years. Due to this growth, we are now actively interviewing for a Senior Tax Manager (CPA Preferred EA is ok as well ). The industries we specialize in include Non-Profit, Construction, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, and Real Estate to name a few.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990)
• Assist with tax research, planning, and strategies to provide clients with tax savings solutions
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients to provide exceptional service
• Represent clients before taxing authorities
• Prepare tax provision calculations
• Ensure compliance with changes in tax regulations
• Assist with managing client relationships and business development activities

Qualifications

• CPA designation OR EA
• 3 years of tax experience
• Knowledge of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate taxes
• Understanding of GAAP accounting
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
