Job Title: Lead Software Engineer (Frontend)
Location: 100% REMOTE
Salary: $200,000 - $220,000/year plus EQUITY GREAT BENEFITS

We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer with at least 8 years of frontend experience with React & Typescript to join us in moving the needle. What You Will Be Doing

• Act as a team lead and mentor to other engineers
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and build the latest chaos engineering tooling
• Leverage strong collaboration and communication skills to deliver new features
• Partner with product and other business units to understand business problems and present technical solutions and tradeoffs
• Actively mentor and grow your teammates
• Care deeply about the customer experience

Must Have Skills

• 8 years of Frontend Software Engineering experience with React & Typescript
• 5 years Senior-level experience OR Lead-level experience
• Experience building new products/features
• Experience wearing multiple-hats in a fast-paced environment (startup experience is highly preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related

Nice To Have Skills

• SaaS experience
• MaterialUI
• Experience with Infrastructure & Systems-Level Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Linux)
• Familiarity with backend work in Java
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Lambda, Serverless, GCP, Oracle, etc)
• Testing & CI/CD
