Position OverviewThe Residential Area Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of residential divisions. This includes managing a team of roofers, creating and maintaining schedules, tracking progress and reports, and ensuring high-quality work is completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential roofing, as well as 3 years of experience in management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of roofers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Create and maintain schedules for roofing projects, taking into account material availability, weather conditions, and client expectations
- Track progress and create reports to monitor project status, ensuring deadlines are met and any issues are addressed promptly
- Ensure high-quality work is completed on all projects, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project
- Manage budget and expenses for roofing projects, seeking cost-effective solutions whenever possible
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance
- Previous experience in residential roofing is required
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and roofing plans
- Proficiency in tracking progress and creating reports
- Bilingual fluency in English and other language is preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
