What You Will Be Doing
This role entails a combination of Business Development and Account Management.

• Prospect and sales to new and existing clients of additional services such a preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure jobs start on time, customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Manage department finances, including budgets and project invoicing
• Strengthen customer relationships and customer development

What You Need for this Position

• 3 years of Residential Roofing Sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thoroughly inform the customer of our products, benefits, and features
• Strong Leadership and time management
• Provide detailed professional expertise and client based solutions through onsite roof inspections
• Ability to receive instructions and clearly explain problems or situations
