Overview : Based in Trenton NJ, we are urgently looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met on construction projects in compliance with OSHA regulations.

This position will involve regular inspections and job site visits to ensure safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct safety inspections of construction sites and document findings
• Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety codes
• Investigate and document all accidents and incidents
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety protocols are implemented and followed
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors
• Organize safety meetings and report changes to management
• Maintain safety records and databases
• Monitor and review safety performance regularly

Qualifications :

at least 3 years of professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or related field
• Prior experience in safety coordination
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
• OSHA 30 Hour and Safety Certificate (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
