- Assess client's insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships with Loan Officers.
- Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and prepare insurance contracts.
- Process insurance applications and maintain accurate client records.
- Review and renew existing customer policies.
- Follow up on insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Experience in outbound sales and new business development preferred.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Naturally motivated and career focused individual.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Commission (OTE 70K-75K)
