Company Overview: We are an independent insurance brokerage in Denver, CO that has been in business for 10 years. Due to our consistent growth, we are looking to add some Insurance Agents to our rapidly growing team. We put a big emphasis on developing our employees and giving them all the tools and guidance they need to be successful. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all policies for sales procedures in coordination with both internal and external clients.
• Develop and execute new business development strategies to acquire and grow customer base.
• Identify specific opportunities for cross sales with commercial/personal clients within agency
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on individual needs.
• Process and complete renewal policies and new business policies.
• Answer customer inquiries and manage customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 1 years of sales experience; insurance sales would be a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance.

BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Commission (new business & residual)
