Key Responsibilities
- Provide Value Engineering and Construction Estimating services, including costing, quantity surveying, and project risk assessments.
- Develop Cost Analysis, Unit Costing, and Project Scheduling models, to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate with union and merit shop contractors to ensure completion of projects within customer deadlines.
- Negotiate and manage customer logistics.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong written and verbal communication.
- Work to meet deadlines.
- Multi-task as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Experience with an emphasis on construction estimating.
- Proficient in Value Engineering, Cost Analysis, Unit Costing, Quantity Surveying, Project Scheduling, and Project Risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in working with union and merit shop contractors.
